I had 2 domain, One is Primary SMTP “ABC.com” Second is secondary SMTP “XYZ.com”.
We run Hybrid configuration wizard with domain”XYZ.com”, everything is Ok. To run migration batch, we change Primary SMTP to be “XYZ.com” and Migration batch run successfully. But we faced issue in mail flow for migrated user, he can’t send or receive mail from On-premises. How Can we resolve this issue?
To Resolve this issue, we do the following:
- On the connector on Portal.office.com from Office365 to DC, we add “ABC.com”.
- On the Connector on Premises to Office 365, We check mark Proxy using Client access server.
